Vimal Forge LLP is a leading integrated forging, ring rolling, and precision machining manufacturer based in Rajkot, India. Our group operates multiple state-of-the-art units, combining unified operations under Vimal Steel Forge and Vimal Forge LLP.
Since 2009, we have established a reputation as a trusted manufacturing partner for global OEMs in bearing, automotive, hydraulic, oil & gas, agriculture, and power transmission industries. Our Growth Timeline
Vimal Steel Forge Founded
Established our first unit in Shapar-Veraval (Rajkot) to manufacture forged rings, seamless rolled rings, and bearing races. Installed early hammer lines and ring rolling mills to supply local bearing manufacturers.
Expansion of Ring Rolling Operations
Upgraded to high-speed CNC radial-axial ring rolling machinery. Expanded our seamless rolled ring diameter capability up to 500mm and established heat treatment normalization lines for bearing races.
Vimal Forge LLP Established
Built a new advanced forging shop in Pipadiya-Gondal. Integrated heavy closed-die hammers and friction screw presses with high-precision CNC lathe lines to supply fully-machined OEM components.
Manufacturing Capacity Expansion
Expanded floor space at Unit 2, adding a 400-ton friction screw press line. Upgraded metrology labs with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and spectrometer instrumentation for testing alloy compositions.
Modern Integrated Manufacturing Group
